Customers must inspect their order within 24 hours of delivery.
All product details should be checked to ensure they are intact and meet the agreed specifications.
Made-to-Order Items
No returns or exchanges are accepted for made-to-order or customized items.
This also applies to items that have already been installed.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placing the order.
After 24 hours, cancellations, modifications, returns, or refunds are not accepted, as procurement and manufacturing processes may have already started.
Refund requests submitted within the first 24 hours will be handled according to the company’s standard procedures.
Approved Refunds
Any refund approved by Multicraft will be issued as store credit to the customer’s account.
Store credit can only be used for future purchases.
Store credit is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
In-Stock Items
Returns or exchanges are allowed within 14 days of delivery.
The item must:
Remain uncustomized and unaltered
Be in its original packaging
Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Restocking Fee
Approved returns may be subject to an applicable restocking fee, which will be deducted before store credit is issued.
Damaged or Defective Products
Customers must contact Customer Support on the day of delivery if an item arrives damaged or defective.
