Pre-order and made-to-order items — including sofas, dining chairs, tables, side tables, mirrors, and bedroom furniture — are available for payment by Bank Deposit or Visa only.
Selecting Bank Deposit at checkout does not mean that any payment has been deducted, charged, or processed.
By selecting Bank Deposit and completing your order, you are submitting a purchase request for the selected item. Once your request is received, one of our Sales Agents will contact you to confirm your order and guide you through the payment process. No payment will be required or processed until your order is confirmed with our Sales Agent.
For confirmed pre-order and made-to-order items, the payment schedule is:
60% Down Payment — Upon order confirmation
30% Payment — Upon product completion
10% Final Payment — Before shipment
* Inspection Upon Delivery
* Customers must inspect their order within 24 hours of delivery.
* All product details should be checked to ensure they are intact and meet the agreed specifications.
* Made-to-Order Items
* No returns or exchanges are accepted for made-to-order or customized items.
* This also applies to items that have already been installed.
* Order Cancellation
* Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placing the order.
* After 24 hours, cancellations, modifications, returns, or refunds are not accepted, as procurement and manufacturing processes may have already started.
* Refund requests submitted within the first 24 hours will be handled according to the company’s standard procedures.
* Approved Refunds
* Any refund approved by Multicraft will be issued as store credit to the customer’s account.
* Store credit can only be used for future purchases.
* Store credit is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
* In-Stock Items
* Returns or exchanges are allowed within 14 days of delivery.
* The item must:
* Remain uncustomized and unaltered
* Be in its original packaging
* Be accompanied by proof of purchase
* Restocking Fee
* Approved returns may be subject to an applicable restocking fee, which will be deducted before store credit is issued.
* Damaged or Defective Products
* Customers must contact Customer Support on the day of delivery if an item arrives damaged or defective.
