Payment Methods

This applies to products tagged “Pre-Order.”

Payment Methods:

• Bank Deposit
• Visa

Selecting Bank Deposit at checkout submits a purchase request only. No payment is processed until a Sales Agent contacts you, confirms your order, and guides you through the payment process.

Payment Schedule

• 60% — Upon order confirmation
• 30% — Upon product completion
• 10% — Before shipment

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

Inspection Upon Delivery

• Customers must inspect their order within 24 hours of delivery.
• All product details should be checked to ensure they are intact and meet the agreed specifications.

Made-to-Order Items

• No returns or exchanges are accepted for made-to-order or customized items.
• This also applies to items that have already been installed.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placing the order.
• After 24 hours, cancellations, modifications, returns, or refunds are not accepted, as procurement and manufacturing processes may have already started.
• Refund requests submitted within the first 24 hours will be handled according to the company’s standard procedures.

Approved Refunds

• Any refund approved by Multicraft will be issued as store credit to the customer’s account.
• Store credit can only be used for future purchases.
• Store credit is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

In-Stock Items

• Returns or exchanges are allowed within 14 days of delivery.
• The item must:
  • Remain uncustomized and unaltered
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Restocking Fee

• Approved returns may be subject to an applicable restocking fee, which will be deducted before store credit is issued.

Damaged or Defective Products

• Customers must contact Customer Support on the day of delivery if an item arrives damaged or defective.
